Cooking Class-Principals of Saucemaking

This class is part demonstration and part hands on.

We will have perfectly roasted chicken and focaccia bread to accompany our tastings.

We will make accompanying sauces many of which also make great marinades. 

We will talk about ingredients, techniques, tools and storage. 

Bring your favorite wine if you like and prepare for a fun, flavorful, relaxing class.
