We will focus this meal on the fish. I often hear this is something people would like to eat more of, but are not sure how to prepare it at home. We will butter poach, and prepare one en papillote (in paper) and crust another in almonds and pan sear. We will comeple the meal with a crisp fall salad and a decadent dessert. Class is part demonstration and hands on.
