In this class we focus on the essential elements in baking. How gluten works, to measure or weigh? To knead or not to knead? High hydration bread, savory pie  and something sweet. Suggestions welcome, we will limit this class to 8 participants so we can keep it all hands on!

We will eat what we bake and have some left to take away.
