The Basics-Knife Skills

It’s time to hone your skills with the chef’s knife. We will practice slicing, dicinng, chiffonade, and much more. We will create a simple meal from what we practice on in class and enjoy lunch. Bring your favorite (non-serrated) knife to class and we will sharpen it for you.
