We’ll walk through pantry staples, freezer helpers, batch cooking routines, and realistic meal-prep strategies. You’ll also learn how to read food labels with confidence—spotting hidden sugars, gums, and marketing claims that make food look healthier than it is.
A nourishing dinner is included, and you’ll leave with recipes, notes, and a plan to shop smarter, cook faster, waste less, and stay on track through the year.
