🔥Bayou Bash Cooking Class: A Taste of Cajun Country!

Grab your appetite and your favorite beverage—we’re bringing the bold, soulful flavors of Louisiana straight to your plate! This hands-on cooking class is all about fun, flavor, and feasting. You’ll roll up your sleeves, learn some new tricks, and then sit down to enjoy a delicious, full dinner together. BYOB is welcome, so bring your wine, beer, or cocktail of choice!
On the Menu:
🌽 Corn & Pepper Maque Choux
A classic Cajun side dish featuring sweet corn, bell peppers, and onions simmered in rich cream and butter—full of color, texture, and flavor.
🦞 Crawfish & Jalapeño Hushpuppies with Cajun Remoulade
Golden-fried hushpuppies studded with spicy jalapeños and tender crawfish tails, served with a zesty homemade remoulade sauce that packs a punch.
🍤 Shrimp Creole
Succulent shrimp simmered in a spicy tomato-based sauce with the holy trinity (bell pepper, onion, celery) and traditional Creole seasoning—served over fluffy rice for the perfect comforting main dish.
🍌 Flaming Bananas Foster Bread Pudding with Whiskey Sauce
Warm, gooey bread pudding laced with cinnamon and bananas, topped with a rich whiskey-caramel sauce. It’s indulgent, decadent, and everything you want in a Southern dessert.
This is a hands-on class, so come ready to chop, stir, and laugh. We’ll end the night gathered around the table enjoying the feast we’ve created. Come hungry, come thirsty, and come expecting a good time!
