You’ll learn how to make a shrimp étouffée by whisking together a dark roux and adding the shrimp and in to smother them in robust delicious flavors. We’ll elevate red beans with Cajun spices, spicy andouille sausage and to complement the spice–fry up cornmeal fritters known as hushpuppies. To keep the good times rolling, you’ll flambé bananas in true NOLA style.
