We will bring out the pantry for this one and spend some time discussing ingredients, cooking techniques for maximum flavor and spices/flavoring. We will be learning some wonderful dishes that are naturally GF and delicious! We will experient using honey and dates to sweeten a few dessert items. We will also spend some time on food labels, what exactly IS healthy, and the way different foods can impact our health.
Im VERY excited about this class because this is how I eat on a daily basis, and I love to try new things!
