Join us for an exclusive 4-Course Wine Pairing Dinner with Art of the Meal and Portree Cellars! Relax, let Chef Ginger do the cooking and indulge in an unforgettable evening of fine dining and exceptional wines featuring Portree Cellars, a boutique winery owned by Marble Falls residents, Mark and Janet Miertschin. Located in Hye, Texas, Portree Cellars specializes in 100% Texas wines crafted from their estate vineyard and other select Texas vineyards.

🌿 Course 1 – Burrata with Crispy Bacon & Basil Pesto
Indulge in creamy burrata drizzled with vibrant house-made basil pesto. Topped with crispy black pepper bacon crumbles for the perfect balance of richness and crunch, this dish is served alongside warm, charred flatbread—perfect for scooping up every irresistible bite.
🍷 Wine Pairing: 2022 Sangiovese Rosé – This crisp, fruit-forward rosé complements the creamy burrata and smoky bacon with bright acidity and notes of strawberry and cherry.

🥣 Course 2 – Velvety Spring Leek & Potato Soup with Crème Fraîche
