This will be a fun highlight on Vietnamese cuisine! You and your partner will learn to construct fresh Spring Rolls, make from-scratch Crispy Vietnamese Crêpes (Bánh xèo) and other popular dishes as you make your way through a complete menu. To finish, you’ll make Cream Puffs filled with Coffee Cream for a light, luxurious dessert.
