This will be a fun highlight on Vietnamese cuisine! You and your partner will learn to construct fresh Spring Rolls, make from-scratch Crispy Vietnamese Crêpes (Bánh xèo) and other popular dishes as you make your way through a complete menu. Dessert too!
Join us for a sunny taste of the Caribbean. We’ll start with a recipe for tostones (twice-fried plantains) with a homemade mango-avocado salsa that takes advantage of all the best summer produce. Then we make one of Cuba’s national dishes, ropa vieja, a savory dish featuring fork-tender beef and vegetables that’ll melt in your mouth.
