We will assemble the ingredients for 6 take home freezer meals in this class, each meal serves 2. No cooking, just come prepare to chop, assemble and visit! These meals will be pressure cooker or Insta Pot ready when you are. We will also have the spices out for everyone to take home 2 custom spice blends. Meals as follows:
